Tooling Coating Equipment Series — Model M / Model P / Model H

The Naxau tooling and die coating equipment series covers precision cutting tools, dies, drills, and various coating needs. Through advanced arc technology (CVC/UFC) and H2 plasma technology, it delivers high-hardness, wear-resistant, low-friction coatings for cutting tools.

The system supports nitride, carbide, oxide, and DLC nanocoatings, with flexible plasma technology configuration based on workpiece characteristics, enabling composite coatings (e.g., ion nitriding + PVD coating).

Model M is designed specifically for tooling and die coating. Model H achieves ultra-smoothness and high hardness with H2 technology. Model P integrates multiple advanced technologies for multi-purpose use.
