Model M is an efficient, reliable, and high-productivity tooling vacuum coating system, integrating Naxau's core cathodic arc technology CVC, with a highly modular and customizable design.

The system flexibly configures multiple plasma technologies based on customer workpiece characteristics, achieving composite coatings (e.g., ion nitriding + PVD coating) on a single system, supporting nitride, carbide, oxide, and other nanocoating preparations.

Suitable for applications ranging from precision cutting tools (turning, milling, drilling, threading, gear machining, broaching, reaming, etc.) to precision dies (sheet metal stamping, metal forming, die casting, molding dies and accessories).

Introduction

Model M is designed specifically for tooling and die coating applications, based on the Naxau SPARK® platform, integrating patented CVC (Continuously Variable Cathode) and UFC (Ultra-Fine Cathode) arc cathode technology, with advanced SET/CET etching processes.
