Model P — Component Vacuum Coating System (Medical)

Model P is a highly integrated flexible platform that combines magnetron sputtering, arc evaporation, PACVD, HiPIMS, and microwave technologies in a single system, enabling multi-purpose use from R&D to production.

For the medical field, it provides high-hardness, low-friction, biocompatible coatings for surgical blades, cutting instruments, dental drills, bone drills, cardiovascular interventional devices, and orthopedic implants.

Low-temperature processing (160-200°C) avoids tempering effects on workpieces. DLC oil-free self-lubricating coatings significantly reduce friction and wear.
