Model P — Component Vacuum Coating System (Humanoid Robots Applications)
Model P is a highly integrated flexible platform that combines magnetron sputtering, arc evaporation, PACVD, HiPIMS, and microwave technologies in a single system, enabling multi-purpose use from R&D to production.
For humanoid robots and high-end equipment, it provides wear-resistant, low-friction, high-durability coatings for transmission components, joint parts, and exterior decorative parts, also covering new energy vehicle decorative parts and high-speed rail decorative parts.
Low-temperature processing (160-200°C) avoids tempering effects. DLC oil-free self-lubricating coatings significantly reduce friction loss.
