Incoming Inspection
Verify workpiece specifications, quantity, and condition upon arrival.

Initial Cleaning
Remove surface oil and contaminants with preliminary washing.
3.
Optional: Stripping
Chemically remove existing coatings to prepare for recoating.
4.
Optional: Micro-Blasting
Surface texturing treatment for enhanced coating adhesion.
5.
Deep Cleaning
Ultrasonic and vacuum-assisted cleaning to achieve zero residue.
6.
Pre-Coating Prep
Fixture loading, masking, and final surface preparation.
7.
Vacuum Coating
PVD deposition in controlled high-vacuum process environment.
8.
Unloading & Cooling
Safe workpiece removal and controlled cooling cycle.
9.
Optional: Post-Treatment
Edge honing, polishing, or passivation as process requires.
10.
Quality Control
Coating thickness, hardness, and adhesion verification with full traceability.

Shipping
Final inspection, protective packaging, and dispatch to customer.

Complete Coating Process

Top-tier coating quality requires strict control at every step

1.
Cleaning
Sufficient cleaning of workpieces is the prerequisite for high adhesion. Equipment with environmentally friendly cleaning agents effectively removes oil and other contaminants from workpiece surfaces.
2.
Pre-Treatment
Polishing equipment removes rust and dirt from tool surfaces; edge honing and post-coating polishing are performed. Stripping (optional): Chemical reaction removes existing coatings, helping extend tool life after recoating.
3.
Coating
Our coating equipment can be used for virtually all tools, forming, stamping, metal die-casting molds, and other applications. Our R&D team continuously follows AI, 5G, and other cutting-edge industrial technologies to develop new customized coatings.
4.
Post-Treatment
Edge honing of cutting tools and mold polishing are critical processes in turnkey projects to fully utilize coating potential. They effectively improve workpiece reliability and service life.
5.
Quality Control
Microscopes, coating thickness gauges, hardness testers, and other equipment inspect workpiece and coating surface conditions. Coating thickness and hardness parameters are controlled and recorded to ensure consistent coating performance.
