Model P

Model P is a highly integrated flexible platform with excellent coating performance, combining magnetron sputtering, arc evaporation, PACVD, HiPIMS, and microwave technologies in a single system, enabling multi-purpose use from R&D to production.

Automatic shutter design enables sequential deposition of different coatings in a single process, producing high-hardness wear-resistant coatings up to HV2000-2500; doping technology (e.g., tungsten doping) improves high-temperature wear resistance.

For tooling and precision parts applications, it provides DLC oil-free self-lubricating coatings and low-temperature processing (160-200°C) for small-part cutting tools and precision wear-resistant components, avoiding tempering effects.
