Model X

Model X is Naxau's custom-series vacuum coating system (experimental/R&D type), designed based on the Naxau SPARK platform, integrating evaporation plating, multi-arc ion plating, sputtering/HiPIMS, PECVD, and other plasma technologies.

The system features customizable chamber dimensions, composite plasma technology, and film thickness monitoring systems, suitable for R&D flexible production and coating process development. It supports sputtering and multi-arc composite coating processes, enabling complex coating series such as DLC, amorphous, and multilayer films.

Covering new application directions such as perovskite, composite current collectors, and SALD atomic deposition, it can prepare functional coatings including super-lubrication, light-absorbing high-reflection, high-temperature oxidation, EMI shielding, wear-resistant decorative plating, elemental deposition, and insulating conductivity.

Introduction

Model X is a custom vacuum coating system launched by Naxau for scientific research and process development. Based on 20 years of vacuum coating technology R&D experience, it provides one-stop services including vacuum coating center setup, system integration, targeted process development, and lifetime maintenance.

Through adjustable magnetic field design, it ensures higher target utilization, faster arc spot movement, higher ionization rate, and smaller droplets, achieving various cutting-edge technologies such as droplet-free high-gloss arc, HiPIMS, and JVD high-power, depositing multi-component, multi-structure, and amorphous coating systems.
