Model Q

Model Q is a magnetron sputtering vacuum coating system for industrial mass production, designed specifically for PVD replacement of traditional chromium, copper, and zinc electroplating. It is a mature, environmentally friendly, and economically viable electroplating replacement solution.

Naxau's patented JVAD technology achieves high-efficiency, "droplet-free" rapid coating at 1µm/min. The coatings outperform traditional electroplating in wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and overall cost, meeting commercial mass production requirements.

Equipped with high-performance HSS high-rate coating cathodes and proprietary H2 plasma-enhanced technology, it balances high ionization rate, high coating adhesion, and mass production stability, directly enabling mass production replacement of functional metal coatings for hardware, structural components, and functional parts.
