20w Laser Etch Testing by Naxau PVD DEB Coating

Naxau DEB coating (Nitrogen-oxygen cermet) can work above 750 ℃. Leo make a test by  a 20W 1070nm laser, and found that when the laser moves fast enough, DEB can withstand laser etching. Please refer to the link for the video: https://youtu.be/M08QhB7RcTA?feature=shared 

DEB coating can be used as an insulation heat sink (aluminum alloy) for CPUs, so there is no problem with heat dissipation. It is only 6-8 microns thick.

DEB coating deposition temperature is above 300 ℃, only suitable for metal materials, requiring surface smoothness Ra<0.8. Sample testing is available for free.
