With 11 vacuum coating plants nationwide, Naxau is one of the few companies in China that have mastered the coating crystal structure and vacuum coating equipment design capabilities, and can provide modification treatments for functional attributes such as abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, super-hardness, anti-adhesion, coefficient of friction, insulation, high-temperature resistance, demagnetization, light-absorbing/subtracting, and pure-metal-isolating protection for metal and ceramic surfaces. We can provide ZrN, TiN, TiCN, TiAlN, AlCrN+, TiSiN+, DLC, Ta-C, TiB2, Cr, SiO, CrO, Al2O3and other conventional PVD coatings, but only for samples that can be easily processed in the furnace. Meanwhile, Naxau also offers a dedicated furnace service for R&D projects with market prospects at a fee.
